Kedar Dash is the Managing Director of Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. He has done his Master in Computer Application and has over 20 years of experience in using Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in development Sector. He believes in using ICTs to bridge development Challenges.
He has extensively worked for designing IT Systems in Nutrition, Water & Sanitation, Action Research and Skilling sectors. He has worked with Development Alternatives (DA), Oneworld South Asia, World Bank, UNDP, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Asian Development Bank.
He has internationally worked in many projects which are implemented in Srilanka, Nepal, Zambia, South Africa and UK. He has extensive experience in Project Management and Resource Mobilization.

Naresh Patel, M Sc. computer science, worked for IBM and Airtel and having 16+ years of experience in Managing IT projects and services in wide range of technologies like .NET, Open-source, Oracle, Data Analytics, Big Data and IOT (Internet of Things).
Subrat Mishra, currently working as an Associate Director, is a development practitioner with over 12 years of experience within the consulting domain, coupled with grass-roots engagements and Corporate Social Responsibility assignments, which offers a distinctive perspective on the intricacies of development sector program management and its challenges. Mishra specializes in strategic planning and implementation, monitoring & evaluation, budgeting & forecasting social research and impact assessment. He has previously worked with YES BANK CSR division and during his tenure, he led the team to deliver severe challenging engagements.
An MBA in healthcare services, Abel Desai has been committing his energy for NGO work in the Comprehensive Rural Health Project. Driven by his intellectual curiosity to explore the world of endless possibilities, he discovered his passion for traveling. Nothing satisfies him more than looking after administration and logistics. Desai specializes in handling Nutrition and Monitoring system and manages to handle it in 6 blocks of Palghar district. The State Operating Manager at ICPL, Desai is fascinated by world cinema, current affairs, and reading.
As a manager in Technology Operations, Raju Kumar, oversees and directs the day-to-day activities of an organization’s information technology (IT) department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely. IT operations managers lead teams that develop and implement networks and servers, respond to user help desk requests and monitor system stability and performance. Listening to music is his most favorite hobby that keeps him refreshed throughout hectic schedules.
Yogita Bombade has completed B.Sc. in Multimedia and Animation. She possesses good expertise in Multimedia computer software such as Illustrator, Flash, Corel, 3D max. She has done projects on interior and exteriors layouts for 4 months in Pune for private organization. She like to learn new things and is very efficient in incorporating new skills in her everyday tasks. Her hobbies include listening music, drawing. Driving is another passion that she works on and she is a person who can accompany you for long driving experiences. Her life mantra and ethics include working in the welfare of animals and human welfare to blend some amount of happiness in her life and surroundings.
Akhilesh Bakshi, MSW in community organization and development practices, TISS Mumbai has 8 years of experience in social sector where he had put his skills and practises in teaching, training, research (qualitative and quantitative research design), and program management. He had also served as an independent consultant in National Institute in Social Work and Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar. His area of interests, basically, circles around gender (thematic area), social policy and planning. Bakshi, in his leisure time, keeps keen interest in writing and composing poems. And to his interests in literature, he has two publications- ‘Khayalon ki munder se’ and ‘Dil ke masle’.

As a coordinator, he works with other departments to ensure smooth operation administrative functionality. He takes pleasure in listening to music. Ravindra Pagar, a graduate in commerce has been working with ICPL for the last three years. He is working as a block coordinator in Jawahar, Palghar District on projects in collaboration with JSW Foundation and ICDS Department Government of Maharashtra. He manages the team in the field, conduct training, provide consultancy to children of anganwadis centre, pregnant women and lactating mothers. Conduct awareness programme on health issues. He communicates with ICDS CDPO, Supervisor and Sevika for programme to run successfully. He also visits BDO, THO, PO and Education department. Manages administration and successfully takes out SUW children in rural cottage for NRC treatment. He maintains to achieve his goals on time.
Richa Singh Rathour is a Software Developer with 6 months of experience and management skills. As a Software Developer, she is responsible for the management software products produced by the company. Cooking, one of her passions, challenges her mind and taking her mind off the stress of everyday life. The field of software engineering is enormously rewarding is what she believes in and she is always excited to be a part of it.

She has keen interest in working for Women and Child Development.
