Project overview
The project provides end-to-end IT support and infrastructure management services to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The scope includes installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise networks, NVR/CCTV surveillance systems, Android-based devices and applications, conference and meeting room technology, printers, servers, and user workstations. The project also covers troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, implementing security measures, supporting communication systems, ensuring network availability, and providing technical assistance to staff. Regular preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and performance monitoring are carried out to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Scope of work
Network infrastructure setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, router, switch, and firewall management. Manage of NVR, cameras, and surveillance systems. Android device configuration, application deployment, and technical support. Management and support of conference rooms, meeting room audio/video systems, projectors, and video conferencing solutions. Printer, scanner, and peripheral support. IT asset inventory management and documentation. Helpdesk and end-user technical support. Email, communication, and collaboration platform support. Preventive maintenance and system health monitoring. Vendor coordination for hardware procurement and warranty management. Incident management, issue resolution, and performance reporting.
