Project overview

The project involved the development of mobile and web-based Management Information Systems (MIS), interactive dashboards, reporting modules, and customized web applications for programs related to social inclusion, inclusive education, truckers’ health, rural eye health, urban eye health, and school eye health. The assignment included customization of existing web applications, revision and management of program indicators, development of Android-based mobile applications for field data collection, baseline assessments, goal setting, monitoring, and registration processes. Web-based MIS platforms were developed to facilitate centralized data management, real-time tracking, analytics, and report generation. Interactive dashboards were designed to provide program managers and stakeholders with actionable insights through visual representation of key performance indicators and program outcomes. A centralized role-based user and access management module was also developed to ensure secure and efficient administration of multiple systems. In addition, comprehensive user training manuals and technical documentation were prepared to support system adoption, maintenance, and future enhancements. Post-deployment, training and handholding support were provided to field teams to ensure effective utilization of the platforms.
